Only Registered Wholesale Customers may
buy online. A username and login is supplied after completing our Registration Form here. You agree that your login details are strictly confidential and will not be passed to any other party.
To buy any of our products, just browse our Online Catalog, select the length
and colour from the drop down boxes next to each style then click "add to basket". To order a custom veil choose
from all of the options in the grey section and click on add to basket to submit. After making your selection, click on "Checkout"
and you will be asked for a few details that we need before we can satisfy the order.
All items are paid for at the time of ordering and will be put on our production list for manufacture
within our standard delivery times.
Minimum Order Quantity
There are no minimum order amounts after your first order, the first order should consist of at least three items.
Shipping And
Handling Goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a flat rate of £7.95 for as many items as you need.
Delivery Schedule We manufacture all items to order so a lead time of 4 weeks is our usual
turnaround time, but we also do Rush orders if required for those last minute emergencies!
Rush orders We have a rush order service
available, we aim to get orders out within 7-10 working days, during busy periods we may need to extend this time but will
email you to confirm.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added.
EU-based customers outside the UK must enter their VAT Registration during Checkout, otherwise VAT will be levied. All other
orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
We accept online payments by credit or debit card via PayPal, all payments are verified before goods can be despatched. Additional
security and verification measures are used to eliminate fraud. Your payment details are processed in a secure environment
and details are not held in plain text on any web site. Please note you do not need to sign up for a PayPal account to use
PayPal although it is a much quicker checkout process for future orders if you have an existing account.
Quality Guarantee Please contact us
within 24 hours of receipt should you wish to exchange faulty goods. Returns will not be accepted without our prior agreement.
